For U.S. Orders: Your items will ship within 2 to 3 business days. All orders are tied in the order received. Which means if I'm 5 orders behind, it might take me an extra day or two to fill your order. However, your order should be filled within a timely manner. The staff at JJ’s Jigs will keep you advised of your order status by tracking numbers issued by the USPS (*). JJ’s Jigs uses shipping via USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation that costs $6.25. We find this to be a very affordable option with a quick shipping time. Most orders will get to their destination within 2 to 3 business days of shipment (* see note below).
International Orders (Canda Only): Your items will ship within 2 to 3 business days. All items not in stock will be placed on backorder and will be filled in a timely manner. If requested by the customer, the staff at JJ’s Jigs will keep you advised of your order status by tracking numbers issued by the USPS (*). JJ’s Jigs uses shipping via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation that costs roughly $16.70. We find this to be a very affordable option with a quick shipping time. Most orders will get to their destination within 5 to 8 business days of shipment (* see note below).
USPS Priority Mail with Signature Confirmation (optional)
Let us know if you’d like to add signature confirmation as an option. It’s an additional cost of roughly $2.35 adding to your shipping price. It will force USPS to knock on the door and hand the package to a live person and get a signature. Without a signature confirmation, they will leave the package wherever they deliver your regular mail. If you have an expensive USPS order or live in an area where your regular mail box may not be in the safest area, please request signature confirmation. The only downside for signature confirmation is that USPS will not leave the package if you are not home. They will try to redeliver a few times. You can contact your local post office to hold your package for you to pick up.
Lost Shipments
USPS Priority mail - if an order hasn’t arrived within 10 days, please contact us. We will check the delivery confirmation status and have USPS investigate. If the delivery confirmation status shows the package as being delivered to the correct address, we cannot re-ship, refund, or replace the order. If the delivery status shows that it hasn’t yet been delivered, we will send out another replacement order after another 7 day waiting period. The customer will pay for the replacement order shipping. The shipping charge will be USPS rate of ($5.40 + .85 for delivery confirmation) = $6.25
(*) NOTE: Depending on the shipping destination a USPS tracking number may not be available for your area. Also, JJ’s Jigs cannot be held responsible for packages that take longer than 2-3 business days to get to you from the time we ship them, as USPS delivery times can vary depending on where you are.
