Our Return Policy:
Although we try to give an accurate description of each item on our web site, we recognize that materials will not always be what you expect. We’re so sure that you’ll be satisfied with our products that we’ll refund 100% of your purchase price for returns made within 14 days of purchase.  All returned items must be in original package and in new condition. (shipping not refundable) 

The steps are:

1.  Wrap and box item securely to avoid damage in transit, and mark the outside of the package with "RETURN" & your invoice #.

(Please note that we cannot provide refunds on items that are received in a damaged condition as they are not resalable. If you ship your return by UPS it is insured automatically for up to $100. If you ship through the Post Office, please insure the package.)

2. Return the package to: JJ’s Jigs, 203 Chestnut Street, Towanda, PA  18848-1305


Please allow 1 to 2 weeks to process your returns for a refund.
